CCZZ Terms & Conditions

CCZZ (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "the Site") is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operating under an international licence. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between CCZZ and its users ("you", "member").

• Report any account security concerns to our support team immediately.

The minimum age to participate on CCZZ is 18. Creating an account or placing bets on CCZZ on behalf of anyone under the age of eighteen is strictly prohibited.

• You will be required to verify your age at the time of registration.
• CCZZ may request age verification documents at any time.
• Withdrawals may be held pending until age verification is completed.

Once a bet is confirmed on CCZZ, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The odds displayed at the time the bet is placed will apply; any subsequent changes will not affect that bet.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set individually for each market.
• If a match is cancelled or suspended indefinitely, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• CCZZ reserves the right to void any bet placed at impossible odds due to a technical error.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, the outcome will be determined based on the state of play at the time the bet was accepted.
• If a palpable error in odds is identified, CCZZ reserves the right to void or amend the affected bet.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, though this may take longer if a verification check is in progress.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold for suspicious transactions until verification is complete.

• CCZZ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CCZZ. Involvement in any of them will result in immediate account closure, and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems.
• Accessing another user's account or stealing their information.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.

CCZZ reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• You can also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
• If an account is closed, any funds deposited through legitimate means will be refunded.
• If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, deposited funds may be forfeited.
